"The thing I appreciate most about DCS and its teachers is that whether a student is advanced and excels in a subject or whether they struggle in a subject, the same attention and guidance is given to both levels. Students move thru curriculum as they learn and understand it. Teachers are willing to go above and beyond to help their students."

"DCS is an amazing school. This is our first year here. My daughter was having a hard time in the public school in our area. She was falling behind in her classes and every year it got harder and harder for her to catch up to her other classmates. The summer of her 8th grade year I decided she needed something smaller, where she would not fade into the background. Then I found DCS. The first day of school her teacher wanted to have a meeting with me to discuss my daughter. She had noticed her having a hard time doing some of the class work. He teacher wanted to work with my daughter and teach HER not her grade. I left that meeting and cried. That is all that I have ever wanted, was for a teacher to take the time and teach my daughter. I would highly recommend this school to anyone!"

I love the Christian atmosphere expressed by teachers and students alike making it a relaxed environment giving my child the best opportunity to learn and grow! I appreciate the many different activities my child gets to experience at DCS like Reading Buddies, cooking projects, ministry projects, music, gardening and worship to name a few! I love the personal attention given to my child whether additional help is needed or advanced work, which I know I cannot find at any other school!
